Robert Frost joined “Meet the Press” on March 22, 1959 to discuss his career as a poet. He told Lawrence Spivak he would like Congress to “do more for the arts.” Frost was awarded the Congressional Gold Medal by President Kennedy in 1961.

For decades, television news has lived on the airwaves and cable, but that’s changing, thanks to the rise of streaming. Streaming news and entertainment arrives on demand, and follows the viewer wherever they go. It allows the viewer to customize their experience, and reduces the scarcity factor in media consumption.
