In 2016, Justin Mutawassim was a ramp agent for Delta Air Lines when he made friends with pilot Ivor Martin. Ivor ended up changing his life. Over the course of a year, Ivor helped Justin outline a career plan so he could become a pilot too. Justin passed all the requirements, flying for regional airlines before rejoining Delta last spring.
