It has become redundant, though, due to the fact that 24-hour news channels often fill time with commentary. This also makes it difficult to differentiate current events from breaking news, which often means no news at all.
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville’s Graduate School recently awarded Research Grants for Graduate Students. The awards, worth $500 each, support the research and creative activities of graduate students.
