Deshaun Watson Receives Six-Game Suspension

A disciplinary officer hired by the NFL and its player association suspended quarterback Deshaun Watson for six games without pay. The former judge concluded that the player engaged in sexual assault. Outrage grew online as people believed the sentence was too light. Both the league and player’s association have three days to appeal. The final decision comes down to the commissioner. Watson denied the allegations, and no criminal charges were filed.
