NBC News obtained a surveillance video appearing to be from roughly three hours after Eliza Fletcher’s alleged abduction. The video shows a black SUV driving through the neighborhood where police discovered Fletcher’s body. The suspect raped someone at the age of 14 and also was sentenced to 24 years in a kidnapping case, but was released thanks to credit for time served and working while locked up. The suspect is now back in court.
