Current News is a trending story on Twitter that talks about what’s going on in the world of news. It features stories that are getting more attention on social media, as well as breaking news from around the globe. It’s a great way to find out what’s going on in the world right now. Breaking news is a television or radio news event that is of sufficient urgency to interrupt regular non-news programming (or, in the case of national network broadcasts, regularly scheduled newscasts). In the days before 24-hour news networks, this type of interruption was usually reserved for events such as the assassination of John F. Kennedy, which required nationwide coverage and caused many stations to interrupt their regular programming. Breaking news is also commonly referred to as Newsflash, Special Report, and the like.
