Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers shot and killed a Mexican national during an incident in Houston on Tuesday, the agency said.
This is the second ICE-involved shooting in less than a week.

Breaking news is a segment of a television or radio broadcast devoted to an urgent and time-sensitive event.
