Putin Illegally Annexes Occupied Ukrainian Territory

Russian President Vladimir Putin moved to illegally annex occupied Ukrainian territory today. Putin warned that he’ll do everything possible to defend the territory as his own. NBC News’ Erin McLaughlin reports from Kharkiv on the latest updates.
