AAEM: The American Academy of Emergency Medicine has joined forces with the American Medical Association and the American Board of Emergency Medicine to form a joint committee on the topic of EM pain and procedural care. This initiative is in addition to several other initiatives in the field of emergency medicine. These efforts are all great steps forward for the emergency care community and deserve attention.
