Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIU-Edwardsville) continued commencement exercises Saturday by honoring graduates in the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) and the School of Engineering. Provost Denise Cobb led the ceremony and conferring of degrees to the class of 2016. The CAS graduates were honored by Josie Pauley, who earned her bachelor’s degree in applied communication studies. She urged graduates to live in the present and to appreciate every moment.
