Human remains found during an excavation of a residential property in Everman, Texas, have been identified as 6-year-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, authorities say. Noel was reported missing in March 2023 and his mother Cindy Rodriguez has been charged in connection with his disappearance. KXAS’ Tahera Rahman reports.
