Southern Illinois University Edwardsville continued Homecoming festivities this weekend by welcoming alumni and friends to campus. The university is also celebrating being named the winner of the INSIGHT Into Diversity’s Higher Education Excellence in Diversity Award for 9 consecutive years. The award recognizes colleges and universities across the U.S. for their diversity efforts. It is only fitting that SIU Edwardsville has kicked off its 2022 Homecoming festivities with this kind of recognition.
