Trending

A trending news item is one that is gaining popularity on social media. It could be a piece about a celebrity, politician or something that is going on in the world. These stories are a great way to get people talking about an issue that they care about.

Breaking news is an announcement of a significant and urgent event or situation. In North America, broadcasters use special graphics such as “Newsflash” or “Special report” to interrupt regularly scheduled programming when a breaking story occurs. This practice was common before 24-hour news channels existed, and was usually reserved for major events such as the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, which required numerous stations to interrupt their non-news programming for extended periods of time. The network may then launch a special live newscast, or count down the time until its regular programming resumes.

Hallie Jackson travels to New Mexico to bring more light to Jeffrey Epstein’s Zorro Ranch and the new questions about why his property wasn’t searched sooner. Plus, Joe Rogan says all President Trump needed before he fast-tracked research on psychedelic treatments was a text from a podcaster.
