Authorities say human remains were found at the former of home of 6-year-old Noel Rodriguez. While they have not been confirmed to be the boy’s, prosecutors say the discovery could strengthen the case against Noel’s mother Cindy Rodriguez Singh. NBC DFW’s Tahera Rahman reports.
