Ukraine’s foreign ministry said a team of scientists from the International Atomic Energy Agency is heading to the Zaporizhzhia power plant, which is under Russian control. The agency says the team will “undertake safeguard activities” and will determine if the plant is able to operate safely. The visit comes amid fears of a radiation leak.
