Weinstein’s lawyers will ask that the film producer not go to trial again for rape

Harvey Weinstein’s defense team will ask prosecutors not to take the disgraced film producer to trial for rape again after a judge declared a mistrial for the second time in the New York case. NBC News’ Chloe Melas reports on the latest in the trial.
