It is sometimes referred to as “hard news,” to differentiate it from soft news. It is a form of public information and can be broadcasted live or recorded.
There are numerous databases at the Bentley Library that provide access to news publications. Some of these databases offer international news publications. However, you will need to have your Bentley credentials to access the databases. Google Search is also a good option for finding specific publications. It allows you to look up specific news sources, such as newspapers or magazines, and see if they have a database for that publication.
Current news began to change as paper spread across the world, and news began to take on an increasingly personal and emotional tone. The Southern Illinois University Edwardsville’s Office of Student Conduct recently named Mindy Kinnaman assistant director. She has over 20 years of experience in higher education. Most recently, she served as director of Student Life at Front Range Community College in Westminster, Colo., where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of the department. In addition to her professional career, she has also competed in the Baja SAE event in May. She won the second place category. She is a graduate of business administration from Denmark.
