Ukraine’s military says it has recaptured territory in the southern Kherson region, marking another setback for Russia in regions Moscow claims to have recently annexed. NBC News’ Erin McLaughlin reports from Kharkiv, Ukraine.

The event honored SIUE graduates who embody the university’s values. Meanwhile, the university set new enrollment records for fall 2022 and increased international enrollment by 67% over fall 2021.
