The Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine’s 20th annual White Coat Ceremony will honor outstanding students in almost two dozen departments. This event is the largest single gathering of students in the entire school. The event will honor a first cohort of 50 dental students, six IAPP graduates, and more than a dozen other student honors. The president of the school of dental medicine, Dr. James T. Minor, will conduct the ceremonies. While he’s leading the ceremonies, he’ll also be presenting honorary plaques to those who have exhibited excellent work over the past year.
